Dentis system describtion

The Dentis implant system offers three basic implant series. Internal series with an internal joint with the abutment and 2mm high polished neck External series with an external hexagon and Submerged series with an internal joint with the abutment and a short polished neck (0.4 mm). Implants are supplied with a diameter of 3.7, 4.3 and 4.8 mm, and a length of 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm. Within Internal and Submerged series, the Save subtype is offered, featuring a diameter of 5.5 and 6.0 mm and a length of 7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 mm.

Implant shape/intraosseal section

Implants of all series have a conical body shape and the intraosseal section features a self-cutting thread changing into a microthread in the neck section.

Implant material

Implants of all of the product series of the system are made of Class 4 titanium alloy enriched with CA and P ions.

Neck/collar section design

The neck section of all types of implants features a micro-thread with a micro-structured surface continued by the polished collar section. In the Internal type, the widening section of the collar is 2 mm high the Submerge type has a low (0.4 mm) polished collar section.

Implant specification according to its insertion method

All implants are designed for a single-period and double-period protocol, immediate implantation and loading in one day.

Fixture – abutment joint

Internal series – screwed joint with internal octagon and taper.

Submerged series – screwed joint with an internal hexagon and taper it features the Platform Switching technology with the biological width space facing the implant axis.

External series – screwed joint with an external hexagon.

Abutment types, material

Wide selection of healing cylinders and solid and nullified (15°-25°) abutments, abutments for conditionally removable prosthesis and hybrid prosthesis.

Surgical instruments

Sterilizable box with instruments. Each implant length is accompanied by a complete set of drill bits for a precise pre-drilling of the shaft and a torque ratchet. The availability of a full set of drill bits of the length of the inserted implant considerably speeds up the work. A set of special instruments with respective drill bits is prepared for inserting the Save series implants.

Prosthetic instruments

Cartridge with prosthetic components possibility to order the individual abutment types and other components.
